Privacy Statement

 

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU. Serverside Card Partner, Inc. (“Serverside”) is committed to protecting your confidential information.  We believe that maintaining the confidentiality of your information is fundamental to our relationship with you.

 

INFORMATION WE COLLECT. We collect and retain information about you only when we reasonably believe that the information will assist us in providing our services to you. The information we collect will also be used to comply with certain laws and regulations that may apply to us.  We collect nonpublic information about you from the following sources:

 

·         information we receive from you on an application or other form; and

·         information we receive from a credit bureau.

 

INFORMATION WE DISCLOSE. We handle all information which you entrust to us with great care. We do not disclose any nonpublic information about you to anyone, except as described in this Privacy Statement or as otherwise permitted or required by law.

 

SERVERSIDE AFFILIATES. We shall share information about you with those affiliates which have a reasonable need to receive the information in order to provide important services to us, which support the services which we provide to you.  Our “affiliates” include the companies related to us by common control.

 

THIRD PARTIES. We will also disclose nonpublic information about you to certain third parties that are not Serverside affiliates, if, reasonably, it is necessary to do so to provide you with our services.   For example, we may also share information with the bank which is providing the credit card program which your members may apply for, and to the relevant credit card association (such as Visa), to ensure that your organization meets certain suitability criteria for the products and services we, or they, may provide to you.   We also provide information:

 

·         when you authorize us to release information;

·         to comply with a law, regulation, court order or subpoena;

·         to verify general information about you; and

·         to our independent auditors, consultants or attorneys and any agency that regulate us.

 

Please note, we do not sell or share customer information to unrelated third parties for the third parties to use for their own purposes.

 

OUR SECURITY PROCEDURES. One of the ways we protect your information is by limiting access to information about you to those of our personnel who need to know that information to provide you products or services. In addition, we train our personnel about the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of customer information. We take appropriate disciplinary action to enforce our personnel’s privacy responsibilities. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information, including the prompt disposal of all unnecessary customer information.

 

EFFECTIVE DATE. This Privacy Statement is effective September 1, 2007. We reserve the right to periodically change our statement from time to time.
